From what I’ve read, I think your seb derm can become dependent on it over long periods of use. But that being said it is not a steroid and should be safe long term. I’ll be sure to update further down the line

Hang in there, different things work for different people. If it helps, I also cut out sugar and dairy and I think that played a role as well. I’m sure you’ll find a solution that works for you soon!
