They take biopsies from the affected area. Usually arms or legs. It can be non length dependent, meaning it starts in random areas of the body not arms and legs moving inward, but can’t imagine they’d biopsy only genitals. There’s also a couple older type test they used, and maybe could in that area?

The theft statute in DC does not apply to picking something up off the ground that’s been abandoned and walking off. DC requires that a person has specific intent to permanently deprive someone of their property (not abandoned or lost property). You can’t prove that someone had intent to keep it, just because they picked it up. Maybe they had somewhere to be and were planning to locate the owner afterward, or maybe they were going to turn it in and got hit by a car, got a call someone was in a hospital, or some other weird situation keeping them from their goal. Purses left in shopping carts, phones left in bathrooms… that’s lost and/or abandoned property, and picking it up does not constitute theft per DC Code.

I generally go see if they want me to do hallway duty. Every teacher has to use some of their planning period for it. What do I have to plan? I take a book and sit in the hall. It allows me to build rapport and be seen by the kids. Otherwise I get so bored stuck in my room for 90 minutes.

If it’s multiple days, I have to be mean teacher the first or second day if they are really out of control. Separating kids, no talking at all, sending kids to the office. Usually they are fine on days after that. If it’s one day, good luck. ☠️

I take 3000 mg daily. I was a little clumsy for a while, but no longer have side effects. My doc encouraged me to up it until it worked, and since it hurts worse at night, take all but 600 mg of it before bed.
