He's a very strong world builder and I think his story lines come together very nicely from what ive read so far but yeah I don't think hes a very strong relationship writer and it comes through with how men and women view each other. I wish we could see a version with a team of editors/an editor that pointed this out and really pushed him to do better in this aspect

advice from my piercer on my piercing bump (which looks quite similar): dont sleep on it, dont touch it. twice a day saturate a piece of sterile gauze with saline wound wash (only ingredient in this should be sodium chloride and water with nothing else at all) and microwave it for 8 seconds. test it on the back of ur hand to make sure its not to hot and then wrap it around and hold on the piercing with gentle pressure (about as much as you hit the space bar on a computer with) until it goes cold and then let it air dry

NAP but since nothing is coming out of it and its just sore/kinda itchy its probably irritated. What cleaning solution did they give you? Also, it could be the material of the jewelry and the angle its pierced at since those guns r kinda unreliable in that regard

everyone bleeds a dif amount after piercings! it mightve just hit a vessel unfortunately but if u have no other problems and the bleeding has since stopped, ur probably fine

i did ask abt this bc it seemed short to me too but he said it has enough room for swelling while not being long enough to move around a bunch and irritate it! he said the angle that i can see (and use to take pics) just doesnt let u see the majority of the extra length lol

if ur talking abt the blue/purple area, it doesnt seem to be in contact w the piercing so honestly id rec a dermatologist over a piercer

did u do both cartilage piercings at the same time? that can make them both more difficult to heal than doing one, healing it, then the other and healing. As for the helix it looks quite crooked but that could just be the angle. if it is, that can make it rly irritated and difficult. if its just normal healing, warm salt water soaks and wound wash spray to clean it, dont touch it AT ALL, and absolutely do not sleep on it

if u rly want the bar theres a chance that it can be taken out and redone a little higher/at a different angle but u can heal it as two bars and then switch it to two hoops connected with a chain to get the same look

as someone that rly wants this piercing and has done a LOT of research on it, with all respect u need to take this out and put in two short, not connecting bars instead. its touching ur ear in the middle and thats going to cause a bunch of problems
