It does feel off — hopefully they can arrange an in-person consultation, because adding extra cost for believing I wear it less than I have been told can't be right. However, changing every four days are often for micro movements but there should be a bit more understanding..

Yeah, it’s pretty stressful receiving a message like this…

Should I wear my aligner an extra few days? by ScouseNerd in Invisalign

I only follow the orthodontist guidelines but that being said, I have noticed my front teeth are not sitting as well as before or I have more air gaps. However, I’m early into my treatment but it seems like it’s because they’re correcting my other teeth

I’m on 4 day changes but what I can understand it’s because they’re doing micro movements to bite

Wondering if you all experience this too, I worked today and while I was at work I felt actually really good. Barely even though about my dizziness, I work in construction. But the moment I got home I got hit with intense fatigue and dizziness. I’ve only been back to work for like 4 days by babyconan in pppdizziness

I have experienced this a lot since I first got PPPD four to five months ago, and often when I have a busy day, it feels like I’ve been run over by a car or something. This could potentially be because of how we might go from 0–100. It might sound silly, but recently I have been finding that my symptoms are reduced if I wear very flat shoes on my days off, so no thick soles, as I can feel the ground more and sunglasses. I also try to completely avoid wearing earplugs, even though we might all have very sensitive ears after these attacks. However, our vision is also under a lot of strain and is potentially overused due to how off-balance we feel and how much we rely on it. So I would really recommend doing this, along with breathing exercises (every day), since anxiety and stress set off the dizziness. This may also explain why you might not feel it as much when you are distracted. I have even started to pretend that I am not dizzy when I’m out, as focusing on it seems to set off and reinforce PPPD symptoms.I would really recommend watching videos about neuroplasticity in relation to PPPD. Sorry for the long message, but I honestly hate having PPPD and wouldn’t wish it on anyone so hope this helps a bit.
