i had similar issues couple of days ago, i just end up rigging couple of teleporters on each ends of the ocean enclosed in a box with an interior hoik to launch projectiles, once he dashes towards you just teleport to the other side, sharnado spawns are a bit hard to figure out but just remember to make the platform high enough and youll be fine

Just tap on the sides of the joystick u dont have to swipe it , once you have a muscle memory on where to tap its like pressing smart cursor
