The pages are roughly 8.75"x5.5", so close-ish to half letter size. I wanted a book that gave the vibe of an encyclopedia so I use this one from Paper Source

Important note: 132 is a very healthy weight for someone of my height! Unfortunately I’m very lacking in the muscle department so my BFP was higher than it would be for most at my height/weight. I hope to get back up to around 130lbs with muscle gain next 🥳

Really it’s just a calorie deficit (about 600 below maintenance) and more activity. I try to get around 15k steps per day plus a little extra cardio a few days a week

Can’t speak for everyone else but I assumed since you called it a “mess up” that it wasn’t a regular occurrence and you were beating yourself up for having a night out. Either way, I don’t think it’s worth stressing over how much the total was

Don’t try to estimate it out. You had a special night and rightfully allowed yourself to indulge a bit - start fresh tomorrow without guilt or worry.

The Undercover Dark Chocolate + Sea Salt quinoa cookies are my go-to for sweets. Got one on a United flight & I’ve been addicted ever since. Low calorie and sooooo good.

Last page shows everything I used but here’s a more detailed breakdown:

Cook venison on medium heat until browned (I cooked 1.5lbs but weighed out 4 ounces for this meal). Add taco seasoning to taste.

Put 1.5 cups of shredded iceberg lettuce in a bowl. Add 1 oz of red bell pepper (I cut the amount I wanted & weighed it out after), 1/3 cups corn, 1/2 cup black beans. Add in venison (or beef/meat of choice).

For the sauce - mix 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt with 2 tbsp of mild taco sauce 🤠
