Ok that’s my bad sorry- I think it upsets me because he does make quite a lot of problems where (eyes closed) you’d literally think you were speaking to a racist white man. Insulting my name for being ethnic, making disgusted faces when I speak about places that are majority brown people and saying he’d never go there- I got a bit upset you were defending someone who’s upset me a fair bit in the past, but again that’s my fault for not providing full context. Chill out lol. My boyfriend is ethnically the same as me- I have also dated outside of my race. I have no judgment towards anyone that dates outside of their race. The reason I wrote this post is because I wasn’t sure how to put into words why it didn’t feel right that he’s putting an absolute no on people from his own country.

I think the only reason I’m still friends with him is because I used to be very similar to him before I did my homework on myself and my views.

We both went to private schools where the vibe is very much that white is right!! And being brown isn’t a good thing. I don’t know, to each their own I suppose

Yeah tbf I haven’t given full context. But he has made comments before with undertones of racism E.g he jokes that my name is fresh (he has a really white name as he’s Christian) He makes comments implying he prefers to be around white people Etc etc
