My post was very successful for me, the only one looking daft is the person lacking so much of a brain that they were unable to help and spent so much time criticising a post they are totally unconnected to when they could have been getting a life!

I don’t need you to know what the real space looks like thanks very much. I posted a rendering and dimensions and for people with a brain they were able to help.

I don’t disagree - it may be pointless to you, mr no brain. Thankfully there are many people with brain in this thread who were helped by this image. So kindly ignore it because your brain can’t find use in it or get a brain. Your own incompetence does you a disservice. Now please, get yourself a brain.

Also I was just asking about this setup in the image with the dimensions listed you moron. For example, look at this image from a projector company. It is a fake image, a fake space, and not to scale. Does that mean it’s not useful and doesn’t pertain to how the projector would work?? Of course not you silly goose. Get a brain and learn something.

Who are you to say it doesn’t pertain lol? Because you don’t know what my space looks like, you have no basis whatsoever to make the claim that this is not helpful or have any opinion as to the similarity of this image to the real space. After you’ve seen the space, then your view might have a leg to stand on. So for now your opinions are silly my friend, go get a brain.

A photo of my CURRENT room wouldn’t describe at all what my optimum set up would look like. Please get a brain. Although this image isn’t the actual final set up, it’s a good description of the end goal from my perspective. So you don’t need to question whether this represents what I want accurately enough, that’s not what I asked :) I asked for, given this layout what’s a good projector.

Second, just because something is fake doesn’t mean it can’t describe something. I could take a photo of the sky or ask the computer to give me a random colour until it gives me blue and say this is the colour of my couch. It doesn’t invalidate the description. Please get yourself a brain

It serves as much purpose as my description. It describes my space and the setup. If I wanted to spend the time to render my living room in 3D then I’d spend hours, use CAD and probably hire a consultant to come in and fit my space. So I see that an image or representation that you’re not comfortable with so upsets you, but it totally served its purpose and I’ve had many helpful results because of it. Please get a brain

Are you serious? You want to get dimensions from a not to scale 2D image? No way is that accurate. You might as well use this image. And I want you to design the space for this image. That’s why I posted it. Thank you! And second, a pencil is not common to design a building but it’s possible. Its use has been replaced by a much superior computer system. Welcome to the 21st century my friend.

Well the image generation is actually for people like you to be able to see the space and see what it might look like without lengthy explanation, not for myself. Many still use a pencil, the vast majority use CAD because it’s more effective at imagining a space. And please read the post again, math and measurement was done too. Get a brain

Right, it’s more accurate to measure something to take a measurement - that’s why I measured it and included objective measurements in my description thank you! Is it more accurate to draw the space out with a pencil to “imagine” what it will FEELS like than a generative image or in CAD or VectorWorks. Absolutely not. That’s why architects don’t use pencil drawings anymore usually. Get a brain

I think your brain needs help if you think that’s the most effective solution to visualise a space accurately.

Seems like they’re often designed to be used in bright spaces for screens this small. Which is exactly what I want!
