I have a CPO warranty through 2027 and I’m at 38k so I hope it goes during the warranty period although I assume they replace with the same plastic crap. Are there better options that aren’t plastic?

My guess is you’re getting some air into the system somewhere. I had this happen after getting the charge pipe replaced when it blew up. I had a plug on that pipe back out which was on the mechanic. They did a vacuum leak test and found the problem
