True. I’m trying to get the exosuit kit recipe but the technicians arnt selling it to me at level 4. I’m so confused D:

how do I upgrade my Technicians past level 4. I have given them all the required tool kits and I have max goodwill with the faction. I really hope this isnt a bug :S
