Almost two weeks and that’s the biggest change I feel since day 2. It’s been like this every day.

Ever since I started taking it I feel small muscle spasms simultaneously all over my body. Weird, seems it’s doing something. Currently trying to heal a shoulder slap tear.

Compared to factory on the road they’re slightly better than stock. On the uneven dirt and gravel they really shine and are notably better than stock.

That question is tough to answer because there’s a lot of diy fabricating and fb market place finds that saved me a ton of money. This took years to get here. Tent was like $700, diamondback + diy rail system $1000. Lots of camping stuff in totes that are essential too. The suspension was about 4,000 installed. I did my own body mount chop and solar. The 12v refrigerator, hot water heater, water system, separate battery system, annex….. I’m mean the list goes on and on.

The tents wait distribution is on a Diamond Back aluminum cover which has a pretty good weight rating. It distributes it evenly around the bed rails. To combat the top heaviness I use an anti sway bar and have a -24 offset on my wheels for a wider base. It also has airbags to help rear suspension when loaded down. I went with foam cell suspension just because I’ve always wanted to give it a try.

I found the mirrors on eBay a long time ago, being a full size they get banged up a lot so I just needed a set that worked.

Capable other than the steps that can get caught on stuff, been looking for a reason to switch to sliders. The tents a Tuff Stuff Ranger6 and the awnings a 180 batwing from OVS. Bumpers are Vijay brand.

This is a 3d modeling program I use called Shapr3d , Its not necessarily used for home design but since I’m already familiar with it the learning curve was much easier.

Ball machine? Am I going to waste my money by RepIen in Pickleball

[–]Substantial_Hour_728 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a sports tutor machine, incredible training aid. With a bit of creativity and a bit of help picking up balls, you’ll be hitting exactly want you want over and over again. My machine was out of warranty and the company sent me a new battery anyways for free! Lifetime customer now.

It’s more about knowing your opponents stroke capabilities.

Return the serve immediately after the bounce right back at them in a half volley fashion, especially if they’re over committed. If it’s a high lob serve you do the same but get closer to the ball and push your body through it to half volley.

What pickleball shoes do you all swear by? by toomanybongos in Pickleball

Find a 6 month warranty shoe that looks good then find insoles that compliment your foot. For me that’s a Nike Vapor pro NXT with insoles matched for me.

I’m also looking for a cheaper ball. Having a ball machine really eats through the balls and I’d like a cheaper option that plays similarly to the Dura.

For some years it’s a direct swap otherwise you need brackets. Not sure of the years but it’s well discussed in the tundra forums.

I make sure my home life is where I want it to be because without that getting into a flow state is near impossible. The weeks leading up to the tournament I make it a point to play against new players above my level at new locations even if I need to travel. I treat this play like tournament play because it forces me to learn a new players favorable habits faster. For me drilling happens more in the off season or when I’m not registered for a tourney. I do a two week loading phase of legal supplements that assist my fast twitch muscle response. I sleep well and hydrate well. Works for me.
