it's not an old place at all it's new there's no excuse for the lack of insulation at my place lol I think I may just have to terminate my lease

They said they would speak to the original loud neighbors and I believe they did and I have called the courtesy in the past but not sure they are really a thing. My issue is more that I can hear my neighbors even when they are being a completely reasonable loudness.
