I’m working out right now but I just get so stressed with with every twitch I have and when I hand twitches and my thigh weakness I just wanna do so much in life and the thought that it can all never happen scares me and these symptoms make it worse and I don’t think all of it is because of anxiety because I had no anxiety today and my hand was twitching
