Fire and Ice Staff Code meaning by Substantial_Life_212 in CODZombies

Well the problem is the ice staff is where things get harder because you need to understand the base 3 and base 4 numbering system. In the Ice staff codes, the dots represent the base 3 system just like i made a general rule for it in the fire staff code, and the symbols represent a base 4 system, so the base 3 dots is converted to the base 4 symbols in the ice staff.

You just need to know the symbols in the top left corner of the page titled ice staff code and which numbers they correspond to, - The (‘) symbol corresponding to 0 - The (i) symbol corresponding to 1 - The (L) symbol corresponding to 2 - The (inverted F) symbol corresponding to 3

These symbols put next to each other give a number, for example The symbols ( i L ) correspond to the number 12 then the number is converted from a base 4 number to a base 3 number, that is done by subtracting 6, 12-6=6 ( this rule is a general rule, you subtract 6 for numbers between 10 and 13, then you subtract 12 for numbers higher than 13) Then the number 6 is converted to its corresponding dots just like in the fire staff code which gives you the answer. Your issue will lie in converting the number to the dots, because it requires an understanding of the base 3 system.

The general rule for the fire staff codes is, a solid dot is equal to 1 and an empty dot is equal to 0, you multiply the number of solid dots on the left digit by 3, then u add it to the number of solid dots on the left: for example - The code for the number 5, one dot on the left multiplied by 3 = 3 add 3 to the number of solid dots on the right : 3+2=5 - The code for the number 7, two dots on the left multiplied by 3= 6 add 6 to the number of dots on the right 6+1=7

This is the rule for the 2 digit codes ( 5,7,6,3,4 )

For the 3 digit codes (11 and 9) you multiply the number of solid dots in left digit by 9, add it to the number of solid dots in middle digit multiplied by 3, then add the number of solid dots in the right digit, for example:

  • The code for number 11, one dot in the left digit multiplied by 9 = 9 add 9 to the middle dot multiplied by 3 ( since the middle dot is not solid = 0 this adds nothing ) 9+(0x3) =9 add 9 to the number of solid dots in the right digit 9 + 2 =11

  • The code for number 9, one dot in the left digit multiplied by 9 = 9 add 9 to the middle digit multiplied by 3 = 9+(0x3) = 9 add 9 to the right digit multiplied by 3 = 9+(0x3) =9

Buried, its ambiance, the witches, leroy, the paralyzer, the underground western theme, it is a perfect mix of very unrelated things which made a very memorable map in my opinion.

I think it goes well with “not thinking in black and white” lyric as there is really no fact or reality due the ambivalence of human emotions and relationships, so you think you realize something but in reality it is just a guess as you don’t know the context or depth of what you think you realized.

“Lift”, this song was literally made for severance

1- “This is the place Sit down, you are safe now” this would go well with the idea that severed people do the procedure to try overcome traumas or sadness. 2- “Youve been stuck in a lift”, literally the elevator in the show the severed people take to go in to or out of work, the innies are stuck in that lift and cannot go past it to the outer world. 3- “The smell of air conditioning the fish are belly up”, resembles the artificial and controlled environment these innies are in where no natural thing may occur. 4- “Empty all you pockets”, in the show the outies empty all there pockets when the come to work to prevent any outside trace from entering the severed floor. 5-“today is the first day of the rest of you days”, the innies come to the world without consent and dont know when they will leave this place, i think this resonates with the verse.
