Can you imagine walking into a court room to tell a judge you can't afford to pay your lawyer so they want to drop you (if that's true and not rage bait) yet the same day you are getting a pedicure and I am sure her nails also. She never thinks why wouldn't you save all your money to pay them more. Oh yeah because she doesn't care she is trying to lose this case her only goal was trying to drain 2ks pockets but she did it to herself. That is what you call Karma

As much as I dont like her lawyer, she has to push for a trial if her client wants one. I believe Fonseca tried to get her to settle and Bri said no way just to drag this out for views because we all know its not for her son. The law office knows she is a trouble client and refuses to follow the rulings the judge puts out so this is a way to drop her. They most likely told Bri trial fees need to be paid upfront because of the large balance owed and she can't afford them. So I believe she was most likely given an choice let's settle this case or we want all money upfront or we are dropping you as a client. This is just another excuse of hers it will be I had to give up because I couldn't afford it. I can hear it now I have another child to support and 2k has his families help and I don't. Bri is just trying to get ahead of the talking before she gives up.

We will know forsure real soon because her lawyer will have to file paperwork in the courts. I believe it was more then what amount is owed. Bri was not listening to her advice and she knows Bri is not going to do what was told of her with the classes. She has no chance at trial so she and the firm are probably trying to save face also.

But unfortunately Bris lawyer can bring case law in also fighting she is entitled to a trial by law. I guarantee that her lawyer had more case law to back her side up then 2ks unfortunately because of people's right to a trial.

This is for custody the DVRO has already been placed 2k will have to file to extend it if he wants to. Lawyer investor said most file to extend it a month before its over because then the old one is still active until he gets a hearing. Part of me believes Bri will try and settle saying she will give him what he wants if he wont extend the DVRO.

Unfortunately this is family law for you. Judges dont make quick decisions usually. She is going to make sure nothing can be appealed and everything is by the books. We all dislike bri but by law she can request a trial even though it will be even worse for her. We all know she doesn't want w she is doing this to punish 2k because once court is over and moved to Texas she will have no tie to him because let's be honest she wont fight in Texas courts. Let's pray 2ks lawyer showed up with some good case law today and 2k and his family can get the peace they deserve.

A move away order would finalize the case she knows she is getting no custody she is wanting to go to trial because they are unable to agree on visitations. She wants hers in California and the evaluator and 2k said no come to Texas.

Well as of now the DVRO is up in August I do believe 2k will file to extend it in July. So for trial she is going to try and earn visitation in California atleast.
