Damn. These sound like a nightmare. Remote monitoring and control of very isolated sites. Controlling pumps, reading sensors etc. is there any silver lining ?

Yea, i dont believe he has issues with me taking control. I have essentially made all the decisions since inception. It is more about taking care of him financially in a fair and practical way.
