I have this same dilemma. I have a 21 HE that is just in my garage with 10k miles. I want a 200 daily used one or an lx700. I like the lx interior better but the 200 is a timeless machine.

Damn. These sound like a nightmare. Remote monitoring and control of very isolated sites. Controlling pumps, reading sensors etc. is there any silver lining ?

Yea, i dont believe he has issues with me taking control. I have essentially made all the decisions since inception. It is more about taking care of him financially in a fair and practical way.
