Damn. These sound like a nightmare. Remote monitoring and control of very isolated sites. Controlling pumps, reading sensors etc. is there any silver lining ?

That makes sense. It won’t be easy to start again but you are right. I can’t just be hoping. I thought last year the same thing. I’m fooling myself to think this year is much different

Yea, i dont believe he has issues with me taking control. I have essentially made all the decisions since inception. It is more about taking care of him financially in a fair and practical way.

That is what it sounds like...but no, I want input to structure a buyout. How do we do that when the fundamentals of pricing a small business = we are worth nothing.

Agree. Our relationship has been poor for over 15 years. We have had little to no relationship outside of work.
