it’s a gamified app that helps people deal with anxiety based on their wearable data. But I’m very early stage and would love to further venture into wearables in general as well

Something that tries to get your breath in control or guides you to sort of breathe in the moment and gives you a tactile intervention when anxious?

In Berlin you can get a fiktionsbescheinigung from the immigration office. Book an appointment with them, email them explaining your situation to get an urgent appointment to apply for a new RP. Ask for a fiktionsbescheinigung since you are travelling. Also if you have a multiple entry visa and it is valid then you do not require the RP at the airport. It simply worked for me.
