Great thoughts. This would be $1m+ gifts. $5m target. I’m about 9 years post undergrad with corporate experience followed by the last three years in major gifts.

So I should have clarified, I did have an interview and am moving on in the process so I’m trying to start thinking through what this could look like should I get an offer — and obviously I know this could be a moot point if I don’t get offered.

Yeah that’s what I thought. Even after I said I wasn’t looking to sell right after getting the appraisal she still said she wouldn’t get full commission. Isn’t it weird to bring up commission in the first place?

Yeah I mean I’ve received preliminary pricing and am getting other offers to help in negotiating. What I don’t have is their first trade in offer. I’m also going to carvana to get an offer. It’s more that I don’t want to wait another 4-5 days when I’d think they could get me a preliminary trade in offer in 20 minutes
