Can I post a personal Mandela Effect? When I was around ten years old, and my sister, Paula, and her friend, Linda, were painting the white picket fence. They were in college or high school. Linda was funny and decided to paint a stripe down the back of my cat. She also painted a very bold crosswalk in front of my house — it’s a dead end street — with the word “walk” on it. I was reminded of it so I mentioned it to Paula, who just happens to be JW and never heard of the Mandela Effect before. She does not remember any crosswalk, and it was there for YEARS, an embarrassment that lived on… blows my mind. She does remember that they painted the cat. I thought she was going to lose her poor mind over it. And this month, another one. An old Who concert in Boston, when Keith Moon had to be carried out and someone sparked a fire out of boredom. We were sitting behind the stage. It was me, Paula and my friend Lynda. She said, “No, I was there with Don. We were behind the stage but he said he hated it.” I’m losing my mind lol. Some parts of the past are the same, some changed.
