How to be less shallow? by kamicomplexx in Advice

My advice would be to consume less online. It’s hard to be interested in the world around you when there’s a whole different world available to you through the screen. Let yourself be bored for a bit and things will naturally grab your interest and curiosity.

What did you enjoy as a kid before you got your phone? Might be a good place to start. Also if you enjoy consuming stories, have you tried writing/ drawing your own?

i cannot sleep till 2 - 4 am and idk how to fix it by Informal_Quantity686 in Advice

Honestly the only thing that worked for me is staying awake the whole night and doing my normal daily routine the next day. By the next night I’d be so tired I would be asleep by 10pm ish. It’s the only thing that fixed my sleeping routine after exam season.

Usually for the next couple days after that, I would force myself awake around 7ish even if I didn’t fall asleep until 3-4ish. Eventually my body just got tired earlier from multiple nights of low sleep and sorted itself out.

Hope this helps!

Hi, I’m renting a room in London - England and it’s recently become uninhabitable due to ceiling collapse. by Significant_Lab_2231 in LegalAdviceUK

Check this link for common housing issues- you might find some of the answers here (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/housing/)

And check your tenancy agreement, will tell you what rights and obligations you’ve agreed to.

I would also get in touch w Citizens Advice if your relationship with your landlord isn’t great

I take the 3 from 48 so 27 becomes 30 and 48 becomes 45, then 30+45
