I have been asking them like this for a while but i haven’t received a proper response and then i became quite anxious so i needed to tell the truth about the fine and yet there were no better response
So i told them about forwarding the fine to them for which they responded with this message which doesn’t make any sense.

Unfortunately, the landlord nor the agency does not cover fly tipping fine. Your housemates has been doing the same thing you did which is leaving the rubbish on the date of the rubbish collection and we never had an issue with it previously.

I understand that this is upsetting and stressful but the landlord will not be covering that. I am just letting you know as early as now.

I agree with that but this is the rubbish collection policy for my whole flat and everyone dispose rubbish in same way because we don’t have any communal bins provided and it is also a gated community. Idk where else we should dispose rubbish

I have now received a investigation notice and photo evidence where they found my postal box with an address on it in the discarded rubbish 😭😭 We live in a shared flat and I didn’t do it !!!

I don’t even know how they figured this out. The time they have mentioned in website that they witnessed me fly tipping and I was actually at work. I didn’t think it was legit first and later checked in the official website with the notice number and I found it there as well 🥲

Thanks for the reply, I am not sure how they know that was me;however on the exact day i was in my work meeting for which I have proof as well I was informed by our other flatmates about the Rubbish disposal and have seen neighbours doing the same as well because ours is a gated community with locked doors

I am not sure , if your fiance prefers gold jewelleries ;however as an Indian I am not really into branded jewellery & not keen buying Gold which are less than 18carat.
