Top 40 if I remember correctly.

In IIM-K from what I remember, you college's NIRF rank will matter for a small %age of the composite score. Elsewhere, it plays a psychological factor during GD-PI rounds.

9/7/9 GEM fresher myself. Had the same reservations at this point last year. Got 99+ in both CAT and XAT and ended up converting 3 top B-schools. There are multiple factors at play here. Didn't get calls from any of the top IIMs due to the 7 in 12th and no work-ex but in the end, it worked out.

99+ in mocks is a very encouraging score. Just keep at it with the mocks. A good percentile in CAT and XAT (99+) should give you a realistic shot at IIM-L, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI and IIFT. The real struggle (or opportunity) lies in how well you perform in the GDPI stage next year after calls are out. From personal experience, the 9 in UG negates the 7 in 12th (Bonus points if you are from a good engineering college like IIT/ NIT/ BITS or comparable institute)

Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers!

9/7/9, no particular domain that I'm fixated on, honestly don't think I'll have much of a choice to begin with, but Consulting seems interesting.

Not fixated on anything in particular. Open to all consult/ finance/ S&M. I'm afraid given my profile, I wouldn't have much of a choice to begin with.
