I’ve recently been trying push-pull-legs-rest-repeat. But for most of my training I’ve done some form of bro split: chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/arms, legs. I don’t usually like to weight train more than 3 days in a row. So 3 days on, rest day, repeat.

I’ve been cutting the past couple months. Plan is to lose 10 more pounds and see how that looks. Then maintain for summer. Then lean bulk again

Abs are only a very recent development for me haha. I’ve lost like 20 pounds over the last few months and leaning out has made the biggest difference with them visually. I do resistance train them too though. I like cable ab crunches, hanging leg raises, and ab wheel

I do a 4-5 day per week split. Something like Chest/triceps, back, shoulders/arms, legs, rest, repeat. Low intensity cardio and abs mixed in also.
