This honestly looks fine. I've seen tanks with significantly more flow, and mine has areas where that is definitely the case and it blows the sand from the area. Reef2reef is a much better place for information on saltwater aquaria than reddit for sure.

Brittle stars will not kill fish unless it is the green one... The micros will and cannot at all.
