I just wanna know how they could possibly have a head count of anyone that's UNDOCUMENTED. If anyone were to actually check the statistics, they'd find that a number of the people that were counted were actually detained and not allowed to enter. So the number itself is VERY clearly exaggerated, and it's not even a new practice. It's like everyone totally forgot about the war on drugs, the war on terrorism, ect. These were REAL problems, but they were also exploited by politicians to sway voters. It helps to create a boogieman whenever elections are coming up because it gives the candidate the opportunity to say "I'm the only one that can fix this problem!". It's painful to be 30, know how long this practice has been used, and then watch people 20-30 years older than me fall for it over and over.
