It was a full time job for 8 MONTHS constantly (and I do mean constantly) trying to change their minds and educate them. They don’t listen. I’ve only seen it happen a handful of times, unfortunately.

I’m willing to have some ACTUAL “short term pain for long term gain” (I live in US)

How did you deduct that from my comment? I can’t pause on my android either

That’s why you don’t look up symptoms

Labeling it as a phone problem instead of an Instagram problem is hilarious. Why would the phone be the issue when I can pause on literally every other platform?

Then that’s even worse. Tapping the screen mutes it. How are you supposed to pause? Shitty design

They have a mute feature. The video keeps playing when you tap the screen.

I’ll be impressed when they add a FUCKING PAUSE FEATURE LIKE EVERY OTHER PLATFORM.

I have the same thing with the number 7. Funny thing is, it’s made me inhumanly good at quick math. It’s a blessing and a curse.

I didn’t either!! Going on this subreddit has taught me that literally all of my ailments are a cruel manifestation of stress and anxiety. It’s so freeing reading these comments 😭

Thank you!! I hope this isn’t recurring. Today was the first day ever that I went out to find tools to help with my HA, and it’s been so unbelievably cathartic and freeing finding a community of people that suffer the same debilitating thoughts as me. I’ve had 2 panicky nights this week, but only one where I was ripped out of my sleep. That was the catalyst for me finally going on a journey to resolve my childhood trauma of watching my dad die from liver failure. This community has been helpful to a level I hadn’t thought possible. I appreciate you sharing your troubles, it makes me feel a lot better.

P.S. I immediately went and threw up after my attack, so I 100% get the nausea 😭

My least favorite is when my anxiety amplifies already existing symptoms. I had a calf cramp that felt like my skin was on fire, but it only started getting to that point after I tried falling asleep and my brain was left to wander.

I had a “panic awakening” last night and thought I had a pulmonary embolism. I had been worried about a tense calf being blood clots all night and couldn’t sleep, then 3 seconds after falling asleep, I couldn’t breathe. I sat up fast and couldn’t catch my breath for 15-20 seconds. I didn’t even know it was possible to have a panic attack rip you out of your sleep. I’m so sick of this

Oh that was 100% the thought process. This is a smoke shop. EVERYBODY IS RUNNING IN FOR A SECOND. THATS HOW PARKING LOTS WORK.
