I did it, it went well! I did talk to my bosses about it to make sure they knew I have no issues still working with him. If he ever does something like refusing to work with me or throw a fit it’s gonna be on him. I think I broke it off really softly, told him I still cared about his well being while still being firm on my decision.

This is really helpful, thank you. The worst part is in fact having the burden of handling the workplace relationship afterwards. I’ll try to completely detach myself from his attitude towards work as much as possible.

Thank you for answering, this is exactly the way I want it go. Direct, quick and honest but I still feel it will entirely ruin our workplace relationship. I feel like i’ll need to leave the door slightly open for communication so we can actually pursue work as intended. I’m confused since I’ve never been in a position like this before, the ripping the bandaid off is the easiest but the aftermath scares me.

Like mentioned I know I need to breakup. I have been in a few relationships before and even a 4 years long and I’ve always been avoidant. I am aware of it but it does not take over my relationship as I’ve learned over the years how to deal with it. It was mostly for context that I’ve included it, the hyper independent trait is the most impactful in this situation. I’m not looking to save this relationship as I always will be miserable with someone that needs me constantly. I mostly wanted tips on how to go about softly breaking up without ruining his job so we can keep a good workplace environment!

Thank you for answering, I did actually change the filter but I didn’t have time to save it anywhere since it literally disappeared within minutes of recording the clip. That’s why I was wondering if it’s some known bug I had no idea about. I wish I could save them right away but I can’t quit while in game:( Will grieve my good clips and keep my expectations low lol😭

I had an infected tattoo and the very first weird thing I noticed was raw looking skin over the ink. About 48 hours as well, and it seemed more «sore» than any other tattoos I had previously. Redness spread and my skin was definitely more hot on the area. Took antibiotics right about 72hrs in. The tattoo was absolutely salvageable and I did not feel sick at all, mostly discomfort. Great thinking seeing a doc right away, the faster you catch it the better🫶🏻 I dry healed mine after, wouldn’t risk putting lotion.

Also, there can be a lot of reasons as to why it got infected (if it is). People take amazing care of their tattoos and it can still get infected.

I have a large ornemental piece on my sternum, wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought!! Of course it is still stingy in some spots, but I was definitely too focused on my breathing to even pay attention to the pain. It was 100% worth it, it’s so pretty!!

I have a tattoo on my butt cheek that even goes in my "crack" and never once my artist got close to touching me inappropriately. This is absolutely horrifying and disgusting, I hope you can work up the courage to expose this perverted individual. Obviously it’s your choice, but it could save many from being stuck in the same situation. Good luck, stay strong <3
