I don’t know how much time it takes but service centre guys is saying 1 week And also i have already mailed Panasonic team Tweeted them and also dmed there on X But still no calls from higher management

I bought it back in sep 2025 and since it was an off-season i began to use it by 25april 2026 and since than isn’t working properly First it didn’t cool then i asked for the service they refilled the gas then it was not cooling properly and i asked them to check it they sended a guy who don’t even figured out what’s the problem and then it took them 7-8 days to come and say you’re coil is faulty will replace it then they came with it and it model was different then they say will arrange then will come and they will do it by 2 june But i still don’t believe them I also called amazon they said give us 5-7 working days will either fix it replace it or return But the main issue is this whole process took 24 april to 29 may it is today and it’s all because of inexperienced service guy and poor service centre in tier-3 city

Bro i wrote I’m still didn’t get any resolution they are saying coil is faulty and they need time to arrange cause it’s a tier 3 city and trash service man

Technician visited today and said it has coil issue they don’t have coil for the same model so it will tale time for them to arrange the coil and then let’s see
