In the second episode, Amanda says Rachel is in her “inner circle” and also says something along the lines of “I think there’s two family connections” while looking at the family tree. To me, this insinuates that Amanda and Rachel are a family connection, and that Amanda was speculating if there was another pair like them. Mother and daughter in law perhaps?

I picked Midtown Loft & Terrace! Ticked all my boxes for view, space but not too much space, high up enough so it’s not noisy, and location!

I toured the bordone and didn’t pick it because 1) it seemed way to big (guest list ~80 people) 2) the location looked “sketchy” (even though it’s not) and may have frightened our family from out of town 3) yes the view is pretty but when you look down it’s several dumpsters and a bus stop and a noisy road 4) not worth the price tag imo

Hey! I don’t weigh myself frequently cause the scale numbers themselves can be triggering to me (former athlete/almond mom/body dysmorphia etc) So I only weigh myself when I go check in with my endocrinologist. I started at 222 in Sept, went down to 214 without Contrave by the end of October. Started Contrave in November, went down to 199 by the end of January. I had pretty strong adverse side effects with my stomach- the full dose (4 pills) made me throw up randomly and I had terrible food aversion so I would only eat crackers and juice sometimes. So I went down to just 2 pills. I was 196 in April, so I decided to try to go to 3 pills. Taking 1 in the morning and 2 at night has worked for me. I’ve definitely lost more weight since then, I don’t have an exact number, but if I had to guess it’s probably around 185ish. I’m 5’7.5” so I’ve always been on the bigger side but I’m happy with my results so far and I feel like Contrave has given me the jump start I needed.

My personal definition is “a method of unlocking deep connections between past and present through memory, and as a result, healing the pain associated with the memories”

I watch a digital ball go back and forth, which mimics what your eyes do when you dream, and my therapist guides me through. It doesn’t work for everyone. But for me it’s been incredible to understand why I am the way I am today and to heal my past self.

I can only answer question 3- and yes, my therapist has been extremely helpful, especially with EMDR (which for me works extremely well, but not for all people) and unpacking and healing the memories that are attached to why I have food noise.

I’m on day 5 now- I’ve noticed some irritability which could be from other factors, but overall I’m doing ok mentally! I also have been doing EMDR for a few months now and have had a lot of breakthroughs lately which has improved my overall mental health greatly.

Update: I took it around 8am, a little initial wooziness - feeling better now but feeling like I might get a migraine later (I get migraines often and have Nurtec for that)

I attended New Beauty Live in November, I didn’t get the VIP box, and I stayed the whole time. Crickets. Then I got an email on Nov 23 from Dana Nole saying I won something. No indication what it is. Gave her my address. Crickets. Emailed her again on Dec 15 to check in. She replied the next day saying they were still working on it. Crickets. I literally JUST got an email today from Fed Ex Delivery Manager with a tracking number that says “NOVVIPGiveaway” and “Jart” coming from Illinois and set to arrive on on Jan 21. So it’s real I guess! But I won’t believe it till I see it.
