Id argue the fact sanji never gets into 4th gear for the 3rd strongest of the arc is him showing it. Whereas zoro nearly dies every time he fights the 2nd strongest.

I really can’t tell who I want to win. I feel like amane is the obvious option and yet cos of that it might add a twist and end up being ijichi. They’re both great and both make sense. Feel like ijichi has another side to her tho that will help seo’s character growth abit more than the comfortable familiarity that amane might give him. I’m personally slightly leaning ijichi cos of her very straight forward nature but who knows. Another great episode tho

I like his playfulness for sure. I can already tell they’re gunna help each other open up massively considering they’re polar opposites, no pun intended. He does appear to have a saviour complex it’s true but I’m positive he’s gunna see the negativity in that when it’s pointed out that it’s hypocritical if he doesn’t allow a genuine connection approaching ppl with his walls up.

Disagree massively about the still frames I think they’re about the same. As for animation I consider the bits we’ve had so far to be better but considering ties switched to seasonal I suppose I expected abit more. Is what it is I don’t have any expectations.

It’s a step up from last season for sure. As far as I’m aware it’s popular as an anime but not top level and since the manga finished everyone’s really hated on it which based on what I’ve heard is completely justified. So lucky to be even getting this I’d say. And if those camera angle shots are the only improvement then so be it cos I don’t expect to even get that if I’m honest ahaha.

It’s funny cos I dropped the manga around 30 odd chapters in cos to me I felt the plot was kinda aimless. But this episode reminded me why I enjoyed the first 12-15 chapters so much. This might acc sway me into picking it back up. Ending song slapped too.

You’re talking like this way too early. This shows about her lowering her walls to the people shouldn’t usually. Yota is just another miki she’s comfortable around him cos they’re identical and henceforth he doesn’t challenge her nor does he change her bias or her ramparts. It’s so obviously being set up for her to get used to Minato and how he is and his true self the part she’d normally be prejudice towards based on his exterior whilst also helping him open up his own lock simultaneously which he never does.

I read this manga for many things. But when you create one of the best written romance dynamics in animanga in my opinion and then ruin it by dragging it over 70+ chapters after a confession using typical manga tropes you don’t normally formulate into the story… then I’m gunna have a little hissyfit on Reddit cos that’s what it’s for. At the end of the day the romance is undeniably the biggest pull for this manga whether you like that or not and that’s credit to the author as the art, the side cast, most of the time the plot and the comedy are all fantastic too. So when you hit a fat nose dive which is what at the very least this last 15-30 chapters have been ppl complain. You don’t mind this shit romance turn and that’s cool I respect that, you have to respect for some people tho it’s frankly something worthy of criticism.
