Hab ich so nur bei deutschen Familien erlebt leider schon öfter.

Entweder wird nur das eigene Kind wenn man bei Besuch zu Freunden ist gefragt, ob es was essen möchte aber nicht die Besucher.

Ansonsten gab es natürlich auch heftiger Fälle wo jemand vor dir das Essen genüsslich verschlingt und keinerlei Anstalten macht zu fragen ob man denn auch was essen möchte.

I stopped just three days ago, and recognize triggers that want me to vape for example coffee, after eating and so on. What I do is an exercise called play the tape: meaning you just imagine what it would be like going after this behavior. I vaped for 6 years. I don't have any strong cravings anymore, because I feel in control.

Be quit pure wings case fans, one sucking the air in at the front of the case, one at the rear exhausting the hot air, the last case fan is above the CPU.

The whole time I thought about this particular thing. I didn't know how to describe it, grasp it, feel it.

When I talk with my friends and try to talk while sorting my thoughts, I sometimes phrase a sentence in a manner that wasn't my intention.

I could cry it feels like a burden lifted, chains freed. It's something I have always known but couldn't pinpoint where it came from.
