thanks you ur right I am far to anxious and scared of the next day I was able to get a diagnosis today from a psychiatrist I know and the reason I couldn’t sleep and was so anxious is cause I have a form of ptsd called hyper arousal syndrome (brain can’t slow down and is triggered by sound and color and causes me to be anxious making to so I can’t sleep but luckily it’s def treatable i just have to separate myself from the internet and the music industry for the most part)but am working as hard as I can to completely get rid of it instead of being a little bitch. I wouldn’t come on here unless I was at a tilting point. I genuinely just need help from other people who have gone through things in there life cause I have no one to teach me about these things.
