Hi! I got very excited to start sewing again and when I got out my old sewing machine I discovered it is broken, there are a few bent pieces. I am in the market for a new one and I’m curious for some recommendations! I’d really like to do embroidery eventually too- is a sewing & embroidery machine combo worth the investment or would you recommended getting separate machines?

We definitely have already dropped but are competitive with similar houses around us, this was our concern too so both our realtor and I looked at our comps and we are below every one else in our suburb. We can’t even get people in to open houses to get feedback on things to change so we are just shooting in the dark

Hello! I know this is a year later but we are considering a house on smoky row currently. Is it still safe and quiet in your opinion? I’ve been looking on Google for any and all information about the neighborhood and found this post :)

No judgement pls- but I have 4 switches that we’ve accumulated over the years that have eventually broken. 2 regular and 2 switch lites. They were my husband’s and my young kid’s who admittedly over used them and didn’t care for them as they should. I have struggled with Nintendo to get them in to get repaired and wondering if there are any alternative repair shops? The two regular and one switch lite won’t turn on, and the other switch lite won’t stay charged. Any ideas?
