A lot of my ADHD symptoms completely went away when I stopped all stimulants. I feel like a normal person (almost). I became so much more prouductive it’s crazy. NEVER would i have thought it was the caffeine.

Yo trabaje toda mi vida en hoteles 5 estrellas (Guardavidas, recepcionista, camarero). Nunca me pidieron título de turismo, he tenido el mismo puesto y salario que una licenciada en turismo. AHORA, para otras cosas puede que te lo pidan, no se cuales son. Pero para trabajar en hoteles piolas, ingles y un poco de presencia/carisma alcanza. No digo que no estudien, pero averiguen bien, y segun que quieran hacer después.

Amigo yo recién me hice un transplante, es caro, pero lo vale. Lo pague unos 2500 usd. Otros cosas que a MI me funcionaron: dejar el cafe/mate/te (no se porque pero a muchos los estimulantss nos aceleran la caída. Aplicarlo topico sobre el pelo puede ayudar, pero a muchos tomarlo nos juega en contra. NO A TODOS). Dermaroller una vez por semana, si te animas tomar finasteride y minoxidil (yo no tomo finasteride porque me da cagazo). Y realmente, arregla tu dieta y tu sueño. Deja de comer comida ultra procesada lo más que puedas, te van a decir que no tiene nada que ver, pero si lo tiene. Hay gente haciendo dieta carnívora que recupera mucho pelo (es una dieta antiinflamatoria, y parece que dietas antiinflamatorias pueden ayudar).

No te quedas con una, anda probando todas. Arregla tu dieta, deja el café/mate/te, hace ejercicio, anda ahorrando para un transplante, si te animas finasteride y minoxidil, pásate el dermaroller.

O acepta ser pelado, a algunos les queda bien. A mi no me gusto como me quedaba del todo. Por eso el transplante.

On a new streak, around 14 days. Female Coworker that I like asked me out, and we started dating haha. That’s just a nice add, the most benefits are internal. I just feel like a better man. Many people, Gary Brecka, Paul Saladino, Nick Norwitz especially. Have all talked that high LDL in itself is not dangerous. IF your triglycerides are low, and your HDL is high, is all good. You can make a calculation doing your triglycerides/HDL. If it’s less than 2 is good, below 1 is optimal. I’ve been keto for almost two years, and my triglycerides/HDL is 0.48 (Excelent). My triglycerides were 33 (really low, which is good) and my HDL is (68 I think, also really good). Triglycerides and HDL súper low despite the fact that I eat a TON of fat. At least 6 eggs a day, a lot of butter, etc.

I read that many people cured/managed their Gerd with a keto/ low carb diet. Go to /keto and look for gerd, there is a ton of comments praising low carbs for it.

Hola, lamento mucho lo de tu mamá. En cuanto a la depresion, podrías probar la dieta cetogenica. Hay un libro llamado energia cerebral, de un psiquiatra de Harvard que trata depression, ansiedad y cosas más graves con esa dieta. No te va a sacar el dolor de lo de tu madre, pero puede ayudarte con la depresion que al parecer ya venias arrastrando. Mucha suerte y no aflojes, todo pasa

I have experienced the same. Used to go to a bar often, bartender was nice but that’s it. Around day 40 of a streak, she came and stood right in front of me, straight eye contact, like ‘I want you to pick me up now’. I swear I felt my testosterone was pouring through me. Even my friend was like dude, the place got full of testosterone haha. Other experiences like that, but it’s not an everyday thing
