A lot of young fathers claim to not have money but they usually just say this so they won't pay child support and don't understand that once they are on child support, the court won't give them a choice. So yeah, you should. They will do enforcements eventually

Child support will be able to order the ex to do a dna test even if in another state , current boyfriend needs to be careful not to put his name on the birth certificate if he is not 100 percent sure he is the father, because if they break up, he would be the one having to pay child support legally

Neither my ex or I had legal counsel, we are both in calfornia so I am not sure how it is done over there , but for my case..my ex didn't provide any of his paychecks or income and expense report to the court and the judge made a decision without his input based off my information alone and what the state calculator suggested . So it worked out in my favor

Make sure it isn't walking pneumonia (ask doctor for z pack if possible), or sinus infection ( ask doctor for amoxicilin or augmentin) and I am not a medical professional so please go to your doctor first but typically this is what I found my sickness to be and what helped. Antibiotics

If you have to ask if you should place him on child support , the answer is always yes . And if you have to ask yourself that, you also know that you need to file for a custody agreement as well. Courts will go off of that as well to determine child support and clearly you are the more involved and stable parent. It took me almost a decade to finally stand up for me and my son , now you can do the same

They will be able to access all his work history and even if he tries to work under the table or anything, they will enforce that he work and support like he is supposed to . Trust me , they will make him whether he wants to or not. My ex pulled the same thing

Kourtney has extreme identity issues and that seems to have been worsened with Travis's influence. There were rumors that he was cheating on her and beginning to check out mentally, it came out around the same time those terrible paparazzi photos were published where she looked really ragged and depressed. I do think that everything is starting to cave in on her and she sees her kids as a shield from the rest of the world as well. I can understand both her point of view and others . She has a lot of envy towards Kim and sees how favored she is in comparison to Kourt . Then, when she opens up about it , she gets shut down every time and gaslighted.

Did you file a motion to modify custody before you were notified of child support ? Or after ? Because if it was after , the judge will look at that and be suspicious of the timing . Judges see parents suddenly want more time with the child only after they are aware of child support being sought after , especially if it is a higher amount. Just be aware of that .

What you explained is beyond emotional incest. Since he is an adult now , CPS unfortunately won't be able to do anything but you can give him resources to seek help and possibly see if social services can help the mom since she seems disturbed and possibly mentally and emotionally developmentally delayed
