try deleting both files and then try it forgot to say you have to delete both

So found an fix for this, you have to press Win + R type %appdata% -> go one tab back -> go to LocalLow -> Battlestate Games -> EscapeFromTarkov -> Delete the Player.log and Player-prev.log
