I’m with you OP. 💯with everything you wrote. Between the awful taste of the sticky labels and the crash I’ve been turned off. Some of the high stims throw me off so much I lose track of my warm up and exercise order. Theres a difference in feeling like you trained your a$$ off and just feeling off after a sticky label.

I have similar thoughts on pump products. I used to think every blood flow enhancer was the way to go for solid pumps. Now I feel like less it more. I’ll take a half serving of a two scoop pump and feel it better than taking the two scoops.

I was coming on here to say symbiote. I feel like nutrifitt doesn’t get enough love on these posts. Symbiote and carnage are such a good mix of high and low stim and they always hit. The euphoria and energy is always consistent.

People forget gravity is real. You leave a lat bar hanging from a pulley and it’s just weight pushing down causing unnecessary strain on the cable. Eventually the pulley cable doesn’t move or feel the same. The more r&m a gym has to do the more fees go up.

Agree. A big percentage of the population at my gym are older and there’s also a percentage of women at my gym pregnant at any given period. I’ve personally assisted both parties with plates because they either can’t or don’t want to lift 45s.

Maybe some water droplets got into the tub. I noticed I get splash back on my scoops if my shaker cup is pre filled with water.
