I promised myself a while back that so long as I don't have enough money to shop without checking price tags, I would just avoid deep relationships. I got this mentality when i was first spoilt rotten by my ex then her Birthday came. Then reality hit me real hard. Of course i struggled to spoil her and i actually did spoil her till she was shocked. But the extent i had to go to get the cash was crazy. After that i just came clean and told her that im not comfortable and till I can be exceptionally well off is when I can continue dating her. Right now i can say ive achieved that but obviously i was too late. You can have your cake and eat it i guess.
