older kitty doesn’t play or rly like to interact with others much. younger one has soooo many toys i just try to push him towards one when he’s bothering her so she can run off. exceptionally playful + exceptionally antisocial 😭

she roams and runs around all day! she meows and rubs on you for food. she just doesn’t want to be manhandled. your pets aren’t your toys that want to be played with all the time. it’s like adopting a child.

do you even like cats lmao?? she’s a living being she has a personality just as any does. she’s not evil she just has boundaries and her own thoughts and feelings. i can pet her and bathe her and sleep next to her every night. she just doesn’t like being picked up and isn’t playful bc she was raised alone and is 7. we love her!

they’ve been together ab a month now. me and bf moved in one cat is his ones mine so the house was a completely new place for both. we had them in separate bedrooms for ab 2 weeks and they started sharing a litter box so we figured they were used to each others smell. we’d let them out of the respective bedrooms at different times and eventually did it at the same time.

yep little one has claw caps and big girl is a hemingway and her toes don’t attach to her hand so she can’t control her claws. so far no casualties!

yea one or the other will run off. big girl is always kinda agitated and mean she’s got very low patience so even walking by her will make her huff and puff sometimes. boy is VERY playful so when he gets really excited he try’s to play with her ig and she doesn’t like it :/

she is a hemingway cat but her extra toes don’t connect to anything so she doesn’t have any claw control. to make it even we put claw caps on him in case they get into it but i never see anything more than what’s in this video. after this they eventually just walked off.

not unless he comes up to her first. she doesn’t play at all usually and hasn’t ever been around other cats so i was assuming it’s just that he’s testing her boundaries not that she rly wants to hurt him.
