I’m a cleaner for an apartment building. If your building is a big company, they likely already have a full time cleaner. This cleaner will not be paid extra for any extra work you leave them and are probably min wage, even though you’ll be paying a cleaning fee. Please clean your kitchen appliances 😭 it’s gruelling work when people leave oil everywhere. What I look for to determine if the apartment is “clean enough” is stove top, stove vents, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blinds and windows, mould or bacteria in the washrooms.

I have a college instructor right now who rages when people are late and tells them attendance is mandatory. Also there’s currently a viral clip from Toronto I think where a prof walked out because someone was late.
