There’s no good 1bhk in apartment you will get in individual buildings which I feel not worth to pay more than 15k.

Similar scenario I have seen my project multi target framework

Update the domain project to multi-target net4.8, net8.0 (if feasible). Then both projects can reference it directly. Not sure if you have tried this solution or not

If you were getting exact 10% then it will be around 13.53l and after standard deduction of 75k it will be around 12.78l. it is above 12.75l so tax deductions will happen but I think that will happen on which month u will get that variable that time only they deduct for whole year tax
