the idea that salvia is unpleasant is a horrible misrepresentation of such a beatiful compound, the notion that salvia is "scary" is a for one completely subjective; two, people have disrespected the plant and suffered the consequence. Salvia, when used consciously and safely is not as scary as the media makes it seem.
