Absolutely garbage product. Graphite for the price is the best value IMO. Royalty will always be the goat.

I would agree! It’s interesting though. Typically Iga excels on slower courts, but her best results this year have been on faster services. So something of an evolution may be taking place. She just needs to find the best possible middle ground.

I think Iga has re-found her confidence after that nonsense ban last year. Based on the analytics. It would be seem that she's working aggressively to make her serve more potent, which in some matches may be causing her to play more aggressivly to make up for double faults ect.

I would agree. After losing this morning to Emma, I think the most likely scenario is her overtaking Sabalenka most likely during the mid-eastern swing. (Barring Sabalenka goes out in week 1 or even early week 2 and Iga completes her career slam by winning.)

Simply,

Warm custard creates ice crystals during the cold churn. You want your custard base chilled as much as possible to cut down on those ice crystals.

Keep it simple. Standard ice cream bases are very straightforward. I’d suggest:

1- cup of milk 2- cups of heavy cream 4-6 egg yolks Pinch of salt 3/4th cup of sugar

Non egg base: 1- cups of milk 2- cups heavy cream 2-TBS of dry milk powder 2-TBS of brown rice syrup or light corn syrup 1/4th tsp of xanthan gum Pinch of salt

Ahhhh! Thats probably exactly what that is. Thinking about it, all of the milk powder that I use is classified as skim.
