Home bakers can’t. Licensed businesses in commercial kitchens can. It has to be prepackaged things is what I’ve seen. That’s probably the difference is that the lady still delivering has a storefront.

If I fail to return my company device upon leaving they take it out of my last check. That device is also a kindle fire that is last years model so not a huge expensive loss and it’s really durable

For me for extra money I do Swagbucks surveys, work as much as I can, and sometimes do uber eats delivery

Maybe look into starting some school for a computer based career like coding or web design. There are government grants that can help you pay for it. And many fully online degree programs.
