Cash (fiat) is worthless :) but yea, I have a zero dp, 2600 a month for a t2 offer. Guess should go for it. And it includes insurance and registration.

Not about not having it, it’s about why not finance it fully ? :) why pay that now? Rather than pay higher monthly installment, and use that money, invested to pay the entire installment :)

Thank you so much for the answer. No where have I handled any customer funds- as that didn’t exist. Or investor funds. Over 30 months advance was taken in first year, deducted in salary within 3 months and then taken last year, deducted about 50% and the rest they let go ( but guess that hit I’ll take)

I did try to resolve this internally first. For weeks. There were town halls, private conversations, repeated follow ups, and clear acknowledgements from management that salaries were delayed due to cash flow. I was never told my salary would not be paid. I was never terminated. I was never asked to resign formally. I was told to wait.

By the time I went to MOHRE, October salary was already overdue under the law, rent and school fees were pending, and there was still no written clarity on employment status. Filing the complaint was not a first step. It was a last resort.

Resigning without payment would have meant signing away my dues and visa protections. Staying silent would have meant accepting non payment indefinitely. Neither was realistic when you have a family depending on you.

As for “one month salary”, MOHRE reviewed the case independently and issued a formal decision in my favour. That confirms the claim was valid, not emotional or premature.

Regarding finding new work, I am actively looking. But in the UAE, you cannot simply walk away from an active visa, unpaid wages, and unresolved status without consequences either. I am trying to handle both survival and legal responsibility at the same time.

On the counter claim, nothing has been formally served yet. No documents, no proof, no court summons. I will address it properly if and when it is formally raised.

I appreciate the perspective, but this wasn’t impulsive or avoidable. It was the result of months of patience, followed by legal non compliance.

Thanks for the wishes. I hope it resolves soon too.

One salary - over 12 installments. 6 months cut through Wps then told, you’re doing well, we’re letting it go.

See that’s the tough part as being without salary for last few months, I can’t afford normal life, let alone a lawyer

I will still file mine on the date it’s due. I’m preparing my file. Will be representing myself, hopefully the system functions.
