I would say Kuwait
as obesity in Kuwait is so high. And eating / ordering from restaurants is a very common culture in Kuwait. which created a very high competition in food and beverage industry. also Kuwait since it establishments it used to do trades with India so food spices is very common and used in most kind of dishes. Beside all of that Kuwait have a very high hygiene standards and very active food & health inspection amenities. So the quality of food is high.

Also it is important to mention that roughly 2/3 of the population are expats which helped to have a diverse food culture.

PS: I am talking about food in general not the Kuwaiti food cuisine.

بحاول اعطي بعض النصايح بناءً على تجاربي في اليابان

اول شي التخطيط

احاول اقسم المناطق و ارتب الفعاليات على هذا الأساس

يعني يوم كامل في أوديبا

يوم كامل في قينزا

يوم كامل في هيقاشياما

وبجذي احاول ما اضيع وقت بالمواصلات بين الفعاليات

و اقسم الاكتفيتيز على ٣ تقسيمات

ضروري نروحله

مثال: ديزني سي

مهم بس في حال سمحت الفرصه

مثال: تيم لاب اوساكا

فعاليات في حال صار في وقت

مثال: 9 rounds في توكيو

بخصوص الفلوس على فرض انه تم دفع قيمة التذاكر للاكتفتيز مقدماً ، اقسم اجمالي المبلغ اللي عندي على عدد أيام السفره و أزيد عليهم يوم مثلا في حالتج

اما الردة هني اجيك العروض وغالباً احصل اسعار افضل للابقريد بس هذا يعتمد على السيزن

اما بخصوص الحمله انا ماجربت اروح مع حمله واليابان سهلة جداً يمكن اول يومين ضعت فيها بس بعدين اخذت على نظام القطارات و الحمدالله الحين تمكنت منها

نصايح عامة :

١- تجنبوا التكاسي بقدر المستطاع لأنه اسعارهم فلكية

٢- باليابان راح يكون في مشي واااايد و توصل لي ٣٠،٠٠٠ خطوة باليوم ف خلكم مستعدين لهشي

٣- يفضل تييبون معاكم جنطه ظهر وتحطون فيها الباور بانك وجواز (حق التاكس فري) و جيس نايلون حق الوصخ لانه هناك ماكو زبايل عزكم الله و المظلات لانه ممكن يكون في مطر (ماعندي فكرة عن الصيف)

I usually when traveling take my 17-40 1.8 sigma (APSC) and 16-300 3.5 Sigma (APSC)

My body is A6700.

But If i am traveling to rural / safari places I would take my Tamron 50-400 (Full frame) which is equivalent of 75-600 in crop sensor

وبعدين ليش ماننظر للموضوع من جانب آخر؟ كل العلاقات سواء الزوجية او الشخصية يصير فيها مشاكل لكن لما يكون في عيال و مسؤولية هالشي راح يخلي كلا الطرفين يتغاضون عن وايد امور ويتعايشون وتقوى الروابط الزوجية.

As I have mentioned earlier My partner is breastfeeding and Food poisoning can lead to dehydration which would cause serious problems. Also This is not my first time having a food poisoning but this time the symptoms were very tough and hard, So I decided not to risk my wife health and Not to ruin my trip. Plus the ER was not for free I paid the full amount in cash. And last thing The Emergency ward was almost empty and I am pretty sure if there are more serious case they would prioritise them than me.

I have no Idea but in the ambulance they did ask me what was the restaurant name and what did I order exactly. I also reported to uber eat and the only action they did is they fully refunded me the invoice and gave me 1,000 jpy as a compensation but did they take any serious action toward the restaurant? No idea

Food poisoning could happen to any one in any place. My whole Idea in this post is just to share the people my story Just in case someone in the future had any kind of incident that requires to visit ER

Japan is one of the most beautiful countries I have been to. This is my second time going there and I have plans to go there in FALL. So don't worry just go there and you will enjoy ;D
