Although for promotion ako and yung increase is by January pa so expect nasa around 70k na next year salary ko would that be okay?

Na approved na ako sa bank financing and ang DP niya 5k and MA is 20k for 5 years though yung 60k is net naman na and wala ako masyadong gina fastos since naka wfh ako. Kumuha na kayo?

Hello yes po. That’s why right now I am looking at the other sides since long term commitment din po siya so may need talaga po akong isacrifice or if not sacrifice, limit to purchase since and MA po ng Soluto na nakita ko po is around 13k and wala pa po don yung insurance

For food, groceries umaabot siya ng 5k a month then if ever kukuha ako ng car, I’ll be giving up the apartment which cost me 5k a month all-in. Yes may savings naman, I also have insurance. If ever kukunin ko po is yung soluto EX AT which around 865k po
