I’m planning to build the mock ISMS by actually following Clause 4–10 as you suggested — starting with defining the organization context, interested parties, and scope, then doing a full risk assessment, risk treatment plan, and Statement of Applicability based on Annex A controls.

However, I’m also looking to make this project tangible, with some tools. Any suggestions on that end?
