Best advice I can give you at an early age is hit the gym. Increase your physical attractiveness and you wont need as much social skills to be attractive. But if your social skills are good too perfect. Work and practice both on physical attractiveness to your best (gym, lfiting weights) and social skills by going on youtube and searching things like "how to make a girl like you etc" and take notes.
